10,500SF runway lighting control building designed to contain the lighting controls and voltage regulators for all the runways at Sea-Tac International Airport, including the newly constructed 3rd runway. Includes two 1.8 MW diesel-generators to provide emergency back-up power for the entire runway lighting system.
