Sound Transit's new Angle Lake Station is located 1.6 miles south of SeaTac International Airport. The station provides riders with light rail service to downtown Seattle, Capital Hill, and the University District. Eventually, service will extend north to Lynnwood, east to Bellevue and Redmond, and south to Tacoma. The station includes a seven-story concrete parking garage with a striking blue facade, retail space, elevators, a drop-off area, photovoltaic panels for electrical power generation, and a large central plaza for community gatherings.
